The 2020 edition of our annual Showcase of Teaching Innovation and Reinvention (STIR) event will take place on May 7, 2020.

A call for lightning talk proposals will open in April, and more details about the event will be posted here as they become available.

Series description

The Showcase of Teaching Innovation and Reinvention (STIR), formerly known as Waves of Innovation, is an annual showcase celebrating the work of Berkeley instructors, particularly with regard to novel or effective strategies for student engagement, large-enrollment courses, student writing, assessment, and student-faculty collaboration.
