Course Evaluations

Course Evaluations at Berkeley offers departments the opportunity to coordinate course evaluations through an online system with easy management and reporting. This common-good tool is available to departments who have opted into the service.

Strengthen Your Syllabus

Do you have the feeling your students might not be reading your syllabus or referring to it throughout the semester? What can you do to change this? In this session, Rita-Marie Conrad, senior consultant from the Center for Teaching and Learning, will discuss common pitfalls and share tips and creative strategies to strengthen your syllabus. Participants will also have the opportunity to give and receive feedback on their syllabus. Please RSVP and please bring your laptop and at least one printed copy of your syllabus, even if it's still in draft form. All questions are welcome!

Join your Berkeley faculty colleagues for the next discussion in the 2016-17 Dialogues series. 

Philip Stark and Oliver O'Reilly will be kicking off the discussion on the topic "Faculty-Student Feedback: End-of-Semester Teaching Evaluations." 

Coffee and light snacks will be served. Participants are welcome to bring their lunch.

Join Senate and non-Senate faculty colleagues for the next discussion in the 2016-17 Dialogues series entitled "Engaging Students in Peer Feedback." Claire Kremen (Environmental Science, Policy and Management) will kick-off the discussion followed by students from Engineering sharing their insights on what works and what doesn't.
