Picture of Miles LincolnJoin us for an overview of bCourses (Canvas), Berkeley’s learning management system, and its native (built-in) features such as, Pages, Modules, Assignments, and other basic settings to familiarize you with this learning management system.

By the end of this workshop you will: 

  • Have an understanding of bCourses features.

  • Gain familiarity with basic site setup and navigation, adding and editing content, integrated tools, and some best practices.

  • Know how to ask questions and request support.

This session will run for 30 minutes, with an additional 15 minutes reserved for questions. This session will be held via Zoom. Please register to get the Zoom link.

Miles Lincoln is a part of the Research, Teaching, and Learning (RTL) organization where he serves as the bCourses (learning management system) service lead in addition to supporting a portfolio of integrated tools for teaching and learning. He received his Masters in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In his spare time, Miles enjoys running and biking!
